Seymour Kazimirski - Chairman
Mr. Kazimirski has been involved in the RFID business since 1995 and is President of Universal Pet Care Alliance, a company that uses RFID technology for the identification of animals. Mr. Kazimirski brings to Advanced ID his expertise in cost-effective manufacturing and production of RFID technology in Asia. He also owns and operates Global Consulting, a global strategic consulting company that specializes in finance, administration and marketing.
Terry R. Fields - Director
Mr. Fields practised law in California for over thirty-three years, initially in litigation, but ultimately concentrating in corporate and business law. Mr. Fields has been a director of twelve public corporations over the last twenty years and President of six of those, equally distributed between the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Fields has extensive business experience, especially with public corporations and their securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Fields has strong ties with the financial communities, both domestic and international, having lived in Europe for five years. At present, Mr. Fields is President and Director of Sunburst Acquisitions IV (SBAQ), Bishop Resources Inc. (BIS) and Visual Statement Inc., a private Canadian corporation.
Dan Finch - Director
Mr. Finch brings 25 years of executive level management in both start-ups and major public corporations. He has headed companies in the telephony, cable TV, cellular and internet infrastructure industries. Mr Finch started Chicago based Westell Technologies, which became a NASDAQ company after nine years, doubled the size of Pennsylvania based C-COR Electronics in two years and led Texas based DSC (Alcatel) to record business in the cellular switch business. Mr Finch has a University of Chicago MBA in Economics and Corporate Finance, a BS in Physics from the Indiana Institute of Technology and an Executive Certificate in Technical Management from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Finch is President and CEO of Advanced ID Corp.
